Many of the links below are from Team 358 from Hauppauge. A good friend of ours, Mark Mcleod has been involved with FIRST since 1999. Mr. Mcleod, along with a couple of the students, maintains their website . Over the years they have amassed a sizable archive of information and have always made it available to whomever wants it.
1. USFIRST, above, is the First Robotics Web page.
2. Chief Delphi is considered the "unofficial" resource for everything related to FRC. It is monitored by FIRST for comments and suggestions. In the past there have been changes and adjustments made to competitions based on information that originated from this forum. It is a vast resource on FIRST and contains information dating back to the mid 1990's

4. To learn about Electrical and Electronics you can visit the preceding web site.
5. If you want to understand hoe air pressure ( pneumatics ) are used to help your Robot fight the fight go to the above site.
6. At the above site you can see promotional videos that are used to advertise and explain FIRST to the world.
7. You may be interested in only the mechanical parts of you ROBOT but it can can be a big help if you have an understanding of the software. The National Instruments Website for LabView, listed above, can help you learn or just get an understanding.
8. At the National instruments FIRST Website Students around the world create amazing innovative projects using LabVIEW and NI Hardware. The NI LabVIEW Student Design Competition showcases the incredible projects and awards prizes annually. Submit your projects and show them what you've accomplished with NI Tools.
9. If you go to the NASA website listed above you can view videos of FIRST events and gain an understanding of what this years competition is all about.
